meet Madison
Madison's journey into nutritional therapy began with a search for answers to her own health struggles. As her health improved, she became passionate about helping people heal from root cause. Completing her training with the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2022, she has since gone on to continue her education with the Institute for Restorative Health, becoming a master of gastrointestinal healing and nutritional blood chemistry.
She resides in Grove City, Pennsylvania with her husband, and enjoys old books, time in nature, and a tall glass of raw milk.
my approach
Test, Don't Guess
Rather than trying to guess at what the problem is and what your body needs, we'll perform the necessary testing so that we can develop a protocol designed specifically for you.
Personalize
Based on your test results, your unique stressors and genetic tendencies, I will create a protocol for you to follow. This will include changes in diet, supplements and lifestyle that will target the root cause. After the protocol, we will re-test to see if more work is needed.
Maintain
Once our active work together is complete, you are welcome to schedule calls as often as you like for regular check-ins. This might include regular blood work to keep an eye on things.
Missing Gallbladder, Insomnia
"At the first visit I was blown away that the number one problem could be linked to my not having a gall bladder. Fast forward to my second visit and just one supplement and I started sleeping on my own without assistance from OTC."
- Melissa
Fatigue, Blood Sugar Issues
"Second day in a row where I haven't almost fainted at some point in the day. And today I've not yet had an energy drop!" - Jacey
Weight Loss, Anxiety
"I've lost a total of 14lbs so far, down a pant size, and haven't had any big emotional breakdowns." - Sierra
IBS, Painful Cycles
"I am feeling so much better. I haven’t experienced cramping associated with IBS, my weight has stayed steady, my acid reflux symptoms have resolved, and my joint pain is lessening. I haven’t vomited during my menstrual cycle, and I am able to control cramping with a small dose of Ibuprofen, whereas before the pain was mostly uncontrollable. - Sydney
What my clients are saying
how is nutritional therapy different?
+ Root Cause Approach - Nutritional Therapy is not a bandaid approach that temporarily covers up symptoms. Instead we seek to find the root causes of symptoms and address them with targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes. Root causes could be gut imbalances, a dysregulated nervous system, organs that aren't functioning sufficiently, nutritional deficiencies, and more. Our goal is to correct those imbalances so that you can enjoy vibrant health again.

+ Bio-individual - Rather than putting our clients in a box and giving them a label and a one-size-fits-all protocol, we seek to discover what your specific body needs. Nutritional therapy practitioners recognize that no two people are the same; each of us have unique histories, genetics and stressors, and therefore each person must have a bio-individual approach to nutrition.

+ Personal Coaching - Working with an NTP is having not just a skilled practitioner, but a personal coach at your finger tips. You'll be supported with meal planning help, individualized recipes, and text support.
Appointments take place via Zoom Call, or if you are local to Grove City, PA, then Madison offers house calls.
